高山冷水鱼加工标准体系构建OA

China possesses abundant alpine cold-water fish resources.However,limited industrialization and small farming scale have prevented these resource advantages from translating into production advantages.The current do-mestic annual demand is approximately 130,000 tons,while annual production is only about 25,000 t,resulting in a significant supply gap and continued reliance on imports.This gap indicated substantial market potential.The current standard system for the processing industry of alpine cold-water fish is seriously lagging.There were only 24 directly related standards,of which only 2 were general standards for alpine cold-water fish.There are merely 2 national standards,and in the past five years,only 9 new standards were issued,mostly at the local level.Updates to targeted national and industry standards remain slow and do not meet the development needs of the full industry chain.Focu-sing on alpine cold-water fish processing and related sectors,this study systematically analyzes the current industry status and standard gaps,and constructs a standard system framework covering six major links,including preserva-tion,processing,and storage and transportation.A three-dimensional processing standard framework was devel-oped,encompassing standard attributes,fish species characteristics,and process stages.Furthermore,the study ana-lyzes the coverage,structural rationality,and synergy of existing standards.Based on this analysis,it establishes a standard system framework for the processing-storage-transportation chain of alpine cold-water fish and proposes targeted recommendations for standard formulation and revision to promote standardized,high-quality,and sustain-able development of the alpine cold-water fish industry.
