海洋智慧捕捞关键技术研究进展与体系构建路径OA
Intelligent marine fishing:A review of key technological advances and system construction pathways
海洋智慧捕捞是新一代信息技术与现代海洋捕捞深度融合形成的新型产业模式,对于提升捕捞效率、促进资源可持续利用和强化渔业治理能力具有重要意义.针对全球渔业资源捕捞压力持续加大,及传统海洋捕捞在作业方式、资源利用和监管支撑等方面存在的局限,本文在梳理国内外智慧捕捞相关研究进展的基础上,系统阐述了海洋智慧捕捞的概念内涵、总体框架与核心要素,综述了多源感知、智能识别、边缘计算和无人捕捞等关键技术进展,并围绕渔场智能预报与资源评估、智能装备与选择性捕捞、智慧识别与电子监控、渔获物全链可追溯与智能管理等典型场景,总结了海洋智慧捕捞的主要研究进展与应用方向.分析表明,当前海洋智慧捕捞已在关键技术研发和典型场景应用方面取得积极进展,但仍存在基础数据薄弱、系统协同不足、工程化应用水平不高以及标准规范和制度保障相对滞后等问题,整体上仍处于由单项技术探索向体系化构建推进的关键阶段.未来应重点从以下几方面推进海洋智慧捕捞体系建设:(1)夯实多源数据基础,提升数据采集、治理与共享水平;(2)突破关键技术瓶颈,增强复杂海上场景适应能力;(3)强化捕捞、监管与管理协同,推动系统集成应用;(4)完善标准规范与制度保障,支撑海洋智慧捕捞可持续发展.
Intelligent marine fishing is an emerging industrial paradigm shaped by the deep integration of next-generation information technologies with modern marine capture fisheries.It is of great significance for improving fishing efficiency,promoting the sustainable use of fishery resources,and strengthening fisheries governance capacity.In response to the increasing pressure on global fishery resources and the limitations of traditional marine fishing in operational modes,resource utilization,and regulatory support,this paper systematically reviews recent research progress in intelligent marine fishing at both domestic and international levels.It elaborates the conceptual connotation,overall framework,and core elements of intelligent marine fishing,and further synthesizes advances in key enabling technologies,including multi-source sensing,intelligent recognition,edge computing,and unmanned fishing.Focusing on representative application scenarios,this review summarizes the major research progress and application directions in intelligent fishing-ground prediction and stock assessment,intelligent equipment and selective fishing,intelligent identification and electronic monitoring,as well as full-chain traceability and intelligent management of catches.The analysis indicates that,although substantial progress has been made in key technology development and scenario-oriented applications,intelligent marine fishing still faces several major constraints,including weak data foundations,insufficient system-level coordination,limited engineering applicability,and lagging standards and institutional support.Overall,the field remains at a critical stage of transition from isolated technological exploration to systematic framework construction.Future efforts should prioritize the following aspects:(1)strengthening the multi-source data foundation by improving data collection,governance,and sharing;(2)overcoming key technological bottlenecks to enhance adaptability to complex marine operational scenarios;(3)reinforcing coordination among fishing,monitoring,and management to promote integrated system applications;and(4)improving standards,regulatory frameworks,and institutional support to sustain the development of intelligent marine fisheries.
