结球甘蓝游离小孢子培养技术研究进展OA
Research Progress on Isolated Microspores Cultivation Technology of Brassica oleracea L.
游离小孢子培养技术作为一种高效的育种手段,能够快速获得纯合的双单倍体材料,显著缩短育种周期,对提高十字花科芸薹属蔬菜的育种效率具有重要意义.本文综述了我国结球甘蓝游离小孢子培养技术的研究进展及其在结球甘蓝抗病育种、分子标记辅助育种及遗传资源创制中的应用,重点阐述了供体基因型、适期供体材料选择、热激处理、培养基优化、植物生长调节剂及添加物等关键因素对胚状体诱导和植株再生的影响,并提出了通过优化小孢子培养技术体系进一步提升结球甘蓝育种效率与精准性的展望.
Isolated microspore culture serves as a highly efficient breeding tool capable of rapidly generating homozygous doubled haploid(DH)materials,significantly shortening the breeding cycle.This technology holds substantial importance for improving the breeding efficiency of Brassica vegetables.This paper reviews the research progress of isolated microspore culture technology in China,specifically focusing on its applications in disease-resistant breeding,molecular marker-assisted breeding,and genetic resource innovation in Brassica oleracea L.It elaborates on the effects of key factors including donor genotype,selection of donor material at the optimal stage,heat shock treatment,medium optimization,plant growth regulators,and additives on embryoid induction and plant regeneration.Furthermore,the study proposes future prospects for further enhancing the efficiency and precision of Brassica oleracea L.through the optimization of the microspore culture technical system.
