掺沙和有机物料对南疆板结黏土特性及棉花生长的影响OA

Effects of Sand Mixing and Organic Materials on Characteristics of Compacted Clay and Growth of Cotton Seedlings in Southern Xinjiang

为探究不同有机物料和掺沙对板结黏质土壤的改良效应,在新疆库车设置大田试验,试验采取裂区设计,设置掺沙(S)和不掺沙处理,在此基础上设置5个有机物料处理,分别为农家肥(N)、生物炭(T)、生物菌肥(J)、商品有机肥(P)、矿源黄腐酸钾(H),每组设50%(1)、100%(2)、150%(3)3个梯度处理,以不掺沙且不施用有机物料为对照(CK),探讨掺沙及有机物料处理对黏质土壤理化性质和棉花收获期农艺性状的影响.结果表明,5种有机物料输入对土壤容重、孔隙度和机械组成均有所改善,其中单施有机物料和肥沙配施处理中N和T处理的改良效果最显著.单施5种有机物料和肥沙配施输入对土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量均有不同程度提升,相较于CK,有机物料加掺沙处理中各组的土壤盐分均有所降低,其中HS3处理对pH和总盐含量改良效果最好,JS3处理的有机质含量和碱解氮含量增幅最大,分别达到18.67 g·kg-1和45.12 mg·kg-1,NS3处理的有效磷和速效钾含量增幅最大,分别为24.23 和441.33 mg·kg-1.施加有机物料后,各处理的株高、茎粗、干鲜重以及产量都有明显提升,肥沙配施处理棉花的农艺性状得到改善,产量得到提高,其中掺沙配施农家肥处理效果最好.综上所述,通过向黏土中添加有机物料及河沙,可以改善土壤理化性质,提高棉花抗逆性.研究结果为提高板结黏质土壤上农作物产量提供新的参考.

In order to explore the improvement effect of different organic materials and sand admixture on cemented clay soil,a field experiment was set up in Kuqi,Xinjiang,and a split-plot experiment was used to set up sand mixing(S)and non-sand mixing treatments.On this basis,5 organic material treatments were set up,including farmyard manure(N),biochar(T),biological fungus fertilizer(J),commercial organic fertilizer(P)and mineral potassium fulvate(H).For each group,there were 3 gradient treatments of 50%(1),100%(2)and 150%(3),with no sand addition and no application of organic materials as control(CK),the effects of sand mixing treatment and 5 kinds of organic materials on the physical and chemical properties of clay soil and agrologic characters of cotton at harvest time were investigated.The results showed that the 5 kinds of organic materials improved soil bulk density,porosity and mechanical composition,and the improvement effect of the single application of organic materials and the combined application of fertilizer and sand in N and T treatments were most significant.Single application of 5 kinds of organic materials and combined application of fertilizer and sand increased the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in different degrees.Compared with CK,the soil salt content of each group in the organic materials and sand treatment was reduced,and HS3 treatment had the best improvement effect on pH and total salt content.The contents of organic matter and alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen in JS3 treatment increased the most,and the contents reached 18.67 g·kg-1 and 45.12 mg·kg-1,respectively.The contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in NS3 treatment increased the most,which reached 24.23 and 441.33 mg·kg-1,respectively.After the application of organic materials,the plant height,stem diameter,dry and fresh weight and yield of each treatment were significantly improved,and the agrological characters and yield of cotton under the fertilizer and sand combined application were improved.Among them,the best treatment was the combination of sand and farmyard manure.In conclusion,by adding organic matter and river sand to clay,soil physical and chemical properties could be improved and cotton stress resistance could be improved.Above results provided a new research reference for improving crop yield on cemented clay soil.
