经果林复垦对矿区排土场土壤理化性质和酶活性的影响OA
Effect of Economic Fruit Forest Teclamation on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Enzyme Activity in Dump of Mining Area
为明确排土场经果林复垦对矿业发展产生的劣质土壤理化指标、酶活性的影响,以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市满来梁煤矿1300复垦区为研究样地,将复垦的沙棘、欧李、文冠果林地作为试验样地,并以柠条、撂荒地作为对照样地采集0-20、20-40 cm土层土壤,对其土壤理化性质、酶活性进行测定,并分析其差异性.结果表明,沙棘较文冠果、撂荒地的20-40 cm土层土壤容重显著降低9%、11%,总孔隙度显著增加12%、20%;欧李、文冠果较柠条2个土层土壤的黏粒、粉粒显著增加.沙棘较文冠果、撂荒地0-20 cm土层土壤pH显著降低7%、15%,并较撂荒地2个土层土壤全量养分、表层速效养分均显著增加;沙棘、文冠果较撂荒地0-20 cm土层土壤速效磷显著增加167%、166%,在20-40 cm土层显著增加241%、261%;沙棘、文冠果较撂荒地0-20 cm土层速效钾显著增加21%、16%,在20-40 cm土层显著增加26%、27%.沙棘较欧李、文冠果20-40 cm土层土壤脲酶活性显著增加32%、21%,过氧化氢酶活性显著增加22%、51%,0-20 cm土层过氧化氢酶活性显著增加23%、21%;沙棘、文冠果较欧李0-20 cm土层土壤蔗糖酶活性显著增加411%、577%、碱性磷酸酶活性显著增加103%、124%.研究结果为准确发掘与评估半干旱区煤矿排土场经果林复垦的生态效益与价值提供科学建议.
To investigated the effects of fruit forest reclamation on soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities in degraded mining soils at the dump site,the 1300 reclamation area of Manlailiang coal mine in Ordos city,Inner Mongolia was selected as the research site,with reclaimed woodlands of Hippophae rhamnoides,Prunus humilis and Xanthoceras sorbifolium serving as experimental plots,while Caragana korshinskii and abandoned land were used as controls.Soil samples were collected from 2 depth layers(0 to 20 and 20 to 40 cm)to analyze differences in soil properties and enzyme activities.The results showed that Hippophae rhamnoides significantly reduced soil bulk density in 20 to 40 cm soil layer by 9%and 11%compared to Xanthoceras sorbifolium and abandoned land,respectively,while increasing total porosity by 12%and 20%.The clay and silt content in the 2 soil layers of Prunus humilis and Xanthoceras sorbifolium were significantly higher than those of Caragana korshinskii.The pH in 0 to 20 cm soil layer of Hippophae rhamnoides was 7%and 15%lower than that of Xanthoceras sorbifolium and abandoned land,respectively,with total and surface-available nutrients in the 2 soil layers significantly higher than these in abandoned land.Rapidly available phosphorus of Hippophae rhamnoides and Xanthoceras sorbifolium increased by 167%and 166%in 0 to 20 cm soil layer and by 241%and 261%in 20 to 40 cm soil layer,respectively,compared to abandoned land.Surface rapidly available potassium of Hippophae rhamnoides and Xanthoceras sorbifolium increased by 21%and 16%in 0 to 20 cm soil layer,while in 20 to 40 cm soil layer increased by 26%and 27%compared to abandoned land.The soil urease activity of Hippophae rhamnoides in 20 to 40 cm soil layer increased significantly by 32%and 21%,respectively,the catalase activity increased significantly by 22%and 51%,respectively,and the catalase activity in 0 to 20 cm soil layer increased significantly by 23%and 21%,respectively.The soil sucrase activities of Hippophae rhamnoides and Xanthoceras sorbifolium in 0 to 20 cm soil layer were significantly increased by 411%and 577%,respectively,and the alkaline phosphatase activities were significantly increased by 103%and 124%,respectively,compared to Prunus humilis.Above results provided critical insights into the ecological benefits and economic value of fruit forest reclamation in semi-arid coal mine dump areas,offering a scientific basis for future restoration strategies.
