Analysis of Flavonoids in Nothapodytes pittosporoides and Their Difference in Diferent Tissues

为探究马比木不同部位类黄酮富集状况,挖掘其利用价值,利用广泛靶向代谢组学技术鉴定其根、茎和叶中的代谢物,根据结构配置分类,解析不同器官中类黄酮富集状况及差异.结果显示,马比木叶、茎、根中的类黄酮分别有195、129、104种,其中,根与茎、根与叶、茎与叶共有的类黄酮分别为83、88和114种,存在显著差异的分别为120、183和172种,3个部位共有的为75种.黄酮和黄酮醇的占比较高,与根相比二者在茎中的种类数和积累量均显著增加,在叶中的种类数和积累量增加更显著.马比木的叶中富含类黄酮,有 38种高表达(丰度≥1.5×107),有11种仅在叶中表达,具有重要生物活性和药理作用,具有较高的研究与开发利用价值.

To investigate the accumulation of flavonoids and explore their utilization value,widely-targeted metabolomics technology was employed to identify the metabolites in root,stem and leaf.Based on structural configuration classification,the accumulation status and differences of flavonoids were analyzed.The results showed that the numbers of flavonoids in leaf,stems and roots were 195,129 and 104,with 83 flavonoids common to both roots and stems,88 common to roots and leaves,and 114 common to stems and leaves,showing significant differences of 120,183 and 172,respectively,with 75 common to 3 tissues.The flavones and flavonols were the main components and contributors to flavonoid diversity and abundance,with their quantity and accumulation significantly increasing in stem and dramatically rising in leaf.The flavonoids in leaf of Nothapodytes pittosporoides was rich,containing 38 highly expressed components(abundance≥1.5×107)and 11 unique components,some of which had significant biological activity and pharmacological effects,indicating high potential for development and utilization.
