70份苦荞种质表型性状的遗传多样性分析及综合评价OA

为分析苦荞种质的表型遗传多样性并对其进行综合评价,选取70份苦荞种质资源,对其14个表型性状进行分析,并应用遗传多样性指数、Nei's多样性指数、变异系数、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析对其进行综合评价.结果表明,2个籽粒性状的遗传多样性指数为0.69~0.73,Nei's多样性指数为1.01~1.95;12个数量性状的遗传多样性指数为2.89~4.25,Nei's多样性指数为2.15~4.24,变异系数为7.36%~40.58%,具有丰富的遗传多样性.相关性分析表明,苦荞的产量与株高、主茎节数、株粒数和株粒重呈极显著正相关,与茎粗和主花序种子数呈显著正相关.主成分分析表明,12个表型性状指标可转化为5个综合指标,累计贡献率达76.52%,根据各主成分的特征向量,将其命名为粒形因子、籽粒质量因子、株型因子、产量因子.聚类分析将70份苦荞种质划分为5个类群,第Ⅰ类为株高适中、株粒数和株粒重适中的长粒形苦荞资源;第Ⅱ类为株高较矮、株粒数和株粒重较小的苦荞品种;第Ⅲ类为茎秆较粗、株粒数和株粒重较高的苦荞资源;第Ⅳ类为株高适中、株粒重较高的苦荞资源;第Ⅴ类为株高较高且产量较高的苦荞资源.根据综合评价结果,筛选出株高矮、茎秆粗、籽粒大、结实率高的育种亲本材料K-26、K-73和K-6等资源,可直接应用于生产实践.以上研究结果为苦荞种质资源创新与新品种选育提供理论依据.

In order to analyze the phenotypic genetic diversity of Fagopyrum tartaricun germplasm resources and conduct a comprehensive evaluation,14 phenotypic traits of 70 F.tartaricun germplasm resources were determined and evaluated by using genetic diversity index,Nei's diversity index,coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of 2 grain traits was 0.69~0.73,the Nei's diversity index was 1.01~1.95,while the diversity index of 12 quantitative traits was 2.89~4.25,the Nei's diversity index was 2.15-4.24,and the coefficient of variation was 7.36%~40.58%,which was rich in genetic diversity.Correlation analysis showed that the yield of Tartary buckwheat was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant height,nodes number of main stem,grains number per plant and grains weight per plant,and was significantly positively correlated with stem diameter and seeds number of main inflorescence.Principal component analysis showed that 12 phenotypic traits were transformed into 5 comprehensive indicators,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 76.52%.According to the characteristic vectors of principal components,they were named grain type factor,grain quality factor,plant type factor and yield factor.Cluster analysis divided 70 Tartary buckwheat germplasms into 5 groups.Group Ⅰ showed long-grained F.tartaricun resources with moderate plant height and grains number and grains weight per plant;group Ⅱ showed short plant height and small grains number and grains weight per plant;group Ⅲ showed thick stems and high grains number and grains weight per plant;group Ⅳ showed moderate plant height and high grain weight per plant;and group Ⅴ showed high plant height and yield.According to the comprehensive evaluation results,the breeding parent materials K-26,K-73 and K-6 with dwarf plants,thick stems,large grains and high seed setting rate were screened out,which could be directly used in production.Above research results provided theoretical basis for the innovation of F.tartaricun germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties.
