低磷胁迫对玉米产能营养成分和矿物质元素的影响OA

为明确低磷胁迫对玉米营养品质的影响规律,并筛选耐低磷的优质玉米基因型,本研究以14个不同基因型(G)的玉米为材料,在低磷(LP)和中磷(NP,对照)试验田中进行种植,测定了籽粒中淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪的含量、直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比值(Amylose/Amylopectin ratio,AM/AP)以及P、K、Zn、Ca等矿物质元素的含量.结果表明:1)与NP处理相比,LP处理显著降低玉米籽粒中的P、K含量以及AM/AP值,但显著提高了粗脂肪含量(P<0.05);2)依据各营养成分在LP胁迫下的相对变化率,可将14个基因型玉米分为3类,即多数营养成分含量升高型、降低型和变化较小型,其中'C783'、'E62'、'D519'、'A61'、'E54'等基因型在LP胁迫下营养成分含量变化较小,品质稳定性较好,可作为进一步培育的候选材料;3)双因素方差分析表明,基因型(G)、磷处理(PT)及其交互作用(PT×G)对供试的大部分营养指标均有显著影响.本研究为耐低磷优质玉米品种的选育提供了材料基础和理论依据.

To clarify the effect of low phosphorus stress on the nutritional quality of maize and to screen for maize varieties that are tolerant to low phosphorus and of high quality,this study measured and analyzed the changes in the contents of starch,crude protein,crude fat,the ratio of amylose to amylopectin(AM/AP),and the contents of minerals such as P,K,Zn,and Ca in the grains of 14 maize genotypes under low phosphorus(LP)and normal phosphorus(NP)field treatments.The results showed that:1)Compared with NP,LP significantly reduced the AM/AP,the contents of P and K in maize grains,but significantly(P<0.05)increased the content of crude fat;2)Based on the relative change rate of each nutrient composition under low phosphorus conditions,the 14 maize genotypes could be classified into three categories:those with increased contents of most nutrient composition,those with decreased contents of most nutrient composition,and those with small changes in most nutrient components under low phosphorus conditions like'C783','E62','D519','A61','E54',deserve further breeding;3)Two-way ANOVA showed that genotype(G),phosphorus treatment(PT),and their interaction(PT×G)significantly affected the contents of starch,amylose-to-amylopectin ratio,crude protein,crude fat,P,K,Ca,and Cu.This study provides a material basis and theoretical reference for breeding of maize varieties that are tolerant to low phosphorus.
