基于CiteSpace的动物刻板行为研究现状与热点分析OA

Current status and hot spots of animal stereotyped behavior research based on CiteSpace analysis

为了解动物刻板行为研究的发展历程、研究热点和未来趋势,本研究整理并筛选了 2000-2025年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库收录的共1 064篇动物刻板行为相关研究文献,运用文献计量学分析软件CiteSpace对作者、发文年份、机构和关键词等进行了可视化分析.结果表明:1)中文文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,其中发文量最多的期刊是《野生动物学报》(14篇),英文文献发文量整体持续增长,发文量最多的期刊是Applied Animal Behavior Science(121篇);2)美国以发文量300篇位居榜首,英国(130篇)、加拿大(85篇)分别位列第2、第3位;3)关键词共现和聚类分析表明,动物刻板行为是中、英文文献关注的研究热点,均集中于自闭症和动物模型上;4)关键词共现和突现词分析表明,神经递质和肠道菌群是该领域未来研究的新热点.综上,动物刻板行为研究热度持续上升,神经递质与肠道菌群有望成为该领域未来研究的重点方向.

To understand the development process,research hotspots,and future trends of animal stereotypic behavior research,this study compiled and screened 1 064 relevant articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases(2000-2025).Bibliometric visual analysis of authors,publication years,institutions,and keywords were conducted using CiteSpace.The results showed that:1)The number of Chinese articles displayed an overall upward trend,with Chinese Journal of Wildlife publishing the most papers(14).English articles showed a continuous upward trend,with Applied Animal Behavior Science ranking publishing the most(121).2)The United States ranked the first with 300 articles,followed by the United Kingdom(130)and Canada(85).3)Keywords co-occurrence and cluster analysis revealed that animal stereotyic behavior is a research hotspot in both Chinese and English literature,mainly focusing on autism and animal models.4)Keywords co-occurrence and burst analysis indicated that neurotransmitters and gut microbiota are emerging research frontiers in this field.In summary,research on animal stereotypic behavior has gained increasing attention,and neurotransmitters along with gut microbiota are expected to become key directions for future investigations.
