基于文献计量的全产业链节粮减损研究态势分析OA

Research trend analysis of whole industry chain grain saving and loss reduction based on bibliometrics

为系统了解国内外全产业链节粮减损研究态势,利用文献计量法和CiteSpace软件,对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库中2015-2025年全产业链节粮减损研究领域共计668篇中、英文文献的发文时间分布、研究主体和研究热点进行可视化分析,揭示全产业链节粮减损的热点演化趋势.结果表明:1)受国家政策、地缘冲突和气候因素影响,2020年后中、英文文献发文量均大幅提升,研究呈显著增长态势,中国相关研究发文量位居全球首位,之后依次为美国、印度、巴西、法国和英国;2)主要研究机构有美国伊利诺伊大学、中国农业大学、中国科学院、中国农业科学院、巴西圣玛丽亚联邦大学以及瑞士联邦理工学院,国内研究机构发文量较高,但合作网络相对稀疏,而国外研究机构合作紧密,影响力较大;3)研究热点演化经历了 3个阶段,早期良种繁育、精量播种、节水节肥、精准施药、灾害预警、低损收获等生产环节的增收减损,中期绿色仓储、物流运输、粮食适度加工与品质提升、食品浪费监管与厨余资源再利用等供应链环节的减损,后期政策引导、宣传培训和高新技术赋能全产业链减损.未来研究需将技术创新、政策引导、公众参与有机结合,突破传统产业链各环节单点优化的局限,构建"技术-环节-系统"协同的减损新范式.

To systematically understand the development trends of grain saving and loss reduction in the whole industry chain at home and abroad,relevant literature in the field of grain saving and loss reduction in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection databases from 2015 to 2025 was retrieved,and a total of 668 papers were obtained for visual analysis by using bibliometrics method and CiteSpace software.The publication trends,research subjects,hotspots evolution and research progress were investigated.The results showed that:1)Due to the impact of national policies,geopolitical conflicts and climatic factors,the number of published papers in both Chinese and English has significantly increased since 2020,demonstrating a marked upward trend.China ranks first in the number of relevant publications worldwide,followed by the United States,India,Brazil,France and the United Kingdom.2)The main research institutions include the University of Illinois System,China Agricultural University,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Federal University of Santa Maria and Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology Domain.The domestic research institutions have a high number of published papers,but their collaborative networks remain relatively sparse,whereas foreign research institutions exhibit stronger cooperative networks and significant influence.3)The evolution of research hotspots has progressed through three main temporal phases:early-stage focused on yield increase and loss reduction in production processes such as improved seed breeding,precise sowing,water and fertilizer conservation,precise pesticide application,disaster warning,and low-loss harvesting;mid-stage emphasized on loss reduction in supply chain links such as green warehousing,logistics transportation,moderate processing and quality improvement of grains,supervision of food waste,and reutilization of kitchen waste resources;later-stage concentrated on policy-driven interventions,promotional training and high-tech enabled loss reduction throughout the entire industry chain.Future research should integrate technological innovation,policy guidance and public participation,break through the limitations of single-point optimization in each link of the traditional industrial chain,and establish a new reduction paradigm that integrates"technology-process-system"collaboration.This multi-tiered approach will establish a comprehensive,coordinated technical system for grain saving and loss reduction throughout the whole industry chain.
