ROCCIPI框架下公立医院一院多区发展的问题识别与分析OA

Objective The multi-campus development of public hospitals aims to continuously increase the total amount of high-quality medical resources and improve the pattern of balanced regional development.This study analyzes its current development status,opportunities and challenges,and puts forward targeted suggestions to provide certain reference for the multi-campus development of public hospitals in other provinces and municipali-ties.Methods Data were collected on selected indicators from the public hospital performance assessment of a tertiary first-class general hospital in Linfen City of Shanxi Province from January to December 2024.Based on the ROCCIPI technical framework(covering seven aspects:Rules,Opportunities,Capacities,Communication,Inter-ests,Processes,and Ideology),an analysis was conducted on the hospital's multi-campus development to identify existing problems.Results The multi-campus development was found to be uncoordinated,with significant dis-parities among campuses in terms of workload,DRG enrollment rate,and profit-loss ratios.The analysis revealed problems such as inadequate top-level design,unbalanced resource allocation,poor information flow,and conflicts among stakeholders.Conclusions The multi-campus development of the hospital in Linfen City is still in its pre-liminary stage,with insufficient coordination among campuses.In the future,efforts should be made to improve top-level design,strengthen integrated management,and optimize resource allocation,so as to promote the high-quality and coordinated development of multi-campuses.
