全病程管理在县域医疗机构落地的经验与反思OA

This paper takes the pilot practice of whole-course disease management at the county level in Anhui Province as a case study.It dissects the practical implementation path from the perspectives of organization-al structure,process management,information technology,and operational services,and analyzes practical chal-lenges in system development,including security issues of multi-source heterogeneous data,unbalanced human-machine collaboration,and the transformation of service concepts.The research shows that whole-course disease management serves as an effective measure to address the problem of patient outflow at the county level,enabling a win-win situation for patients,hospitals,medical insurance schemes,and the overall healthcare system.Howev-er,bottlenecks in implementation must be resolved through improved policies,increased resource investment,and capacity building to support the high-quality development of county-level healthcare.
