钼原矿标准样品的制备与定值研究OA
Preparation and certification of molybdenum raw ore reference material
研制了6 个不同钼含量(Mo含量范围为0.084%~0.55%)的钼原矿标准样品.开展了成分设计、原料选取、破碎、研磨、均匀性检验及多家实验室协作定值等关键工作,最终确定了Mo、Pb、Cu、K、S、Fe 6 个元素的标准值及扩展不确定度.结果表明:钼原矿标准样品均匀性良好,定值准确可靠,可为矿山生产管控、选矿优化、实验室质控与分析仪器校准提供技术支撑.
This study developed six certified reference materials of raw molybdenum ore with varying molybdenum contents(Mo range:0.084%~0.55%).Keyprocedures,includingcompositiondesign,raw material selection,crushing,grinding,homogeneity testing,and multi-laboratory certification,were carried out.Certified values and expanded uncertainties were ultimately determined for six ele-ments:Mo,Pb,Cu,K,S,and Fe.The results demonstrate that the molybdenum ore reference materials exhibit good homogeneity and reliable certified values,providing technical support for mine production control,beneficiation optimization,laboratory quality control,and analytical instrument calibration.
