开发了一种利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)测定铀钼选冶萃余水中铀、钼含量的分析方法.通过优化光谱仪工作条件,在50 kV、600 μA条件下,建立萃余水中铀、钼浓度与荧光强度的关系曲线,铀(1~10 μg/mL)、钼(5~40 μg/mL)工作曲线线性相关系数为0.998、0.999.取实际样品进行加标回收试验和重复性试验,加标回收率为97.3%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为钼<2%、铀<8%(n=11),本方法操作简便、分析速度快、无需复杂的样品前处理,适用于铀钼选冶萃余水的现场快速监测.

This study developed an analytical method for the determination of uranium and molybdenum in raffinate wastewater from ura-nium-molybdenum extraction and metallurgy using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF).By optimizing the spectrometer working conditions(50 kV,600 μA),calibration curves between concentration and fluorescence intensity were estab-lished for uranium(1~10 μg/mL)and molybdenum(5~40 μg/mL),with linear correlation coefficients of 0.998 and 0.999,respectively.The method's reliability was verified through spike recovery tests and repeatability tests on actual samples.Spike recovery rates ranged from 97.3%to 104.0%and the precision,expressed as relative standard deviation(RSD),was better than 2%for Mo and8%for U(n=11).The proposed method is characterized by simple operation,rapid analysis,and no requirement for complex sample pretreatment,making it highly suitable for on-site rapid monitoring of raffinate wastewater.
