Industrial experiment of low-alkali medium flotation for a copper-molybdenum concentrator
某铜钼选矿厂为解决现行高碱浮选工艺生产指标偏低等问题,引入新型硫抑制剂BK506 开展低碱介质浮选工业试验研究.研究结果表明:在维持流程结构和其他药剂不变情况下,BK506 替代部分石灰抑制黄铁矿,即降低了浮选作业pH值,又能提高生产指标.现场低碱介质浮选工业试验可获得铜品位25.63%、铜回收率88.57%,钼品位1.669%、钼回收率76.67%的铜钼混合精矿,铜回收率较工业试验前 1 个月累计的高碱浮选工艺提高了3.20 个百分点,浮选指标较好.
A copper-molybdenum beneficiation plant has introduced a new sulfur inhibitor BK506 to conduct industrial experimental re-search on low alkali medium flotation in order to solve the problems of low production indicators in the current high alkali flotation process.The research results indicate that,while maintaining the process structure and other reagents unchanged,BK506 can partially replace lime to suppress pyrite,which not only reduces the pH value of flotation operations but also improves production indicators.On site low alkali medium flotation industrial experiment can obtain copper molybdenum mixed concentrate with a copper grade of 25.63%and a copper recovery of 88.57%,molybdenum grade of 1.669%and a molybdenum recovery of 76.67%,with good flotation indica-tors.The industrial experiment of low alkali medium flotation on site can obtain a copper molybdenum mixed concentrate with a copper grade of 25.63%,a copper recovery of 88.57%,a molybdenum grade of 1.669%,and a molybdenum recovery of 76.67%.Compared with the cumulative data of the high-alkali flotation process in the month prior to the industrial experiment,the copper recovery rate in-creased by 3.20 percentage points,indicating favorable flotation indicators.
