大型露天金属矿山全寿期采剥计划优化方法研究与应用OA
Research and application of optimization methods for life-of-mine mining and stripping plans in large-scale open-pit metal mines
针对大型露天金属矿山全寿期采剥计划编制中因价值块数目庞大导致决策变量过多、难以求解的问题,本研究提出了一种基于改进K均值聚合的价值块优化方法,通过将属性相似、距离相近的价值块聚合成满足空间连通性约束且不存在几何形体奇异的价值簇,显著减少了决策变量数量,某大型露天铜钼矿山实践中,簇数目仅为原价值块的16.13%.在此基础上,构建了以净现值最大化为目标的0-1 整数规划模型,综合考虑了采矿能力、选矿能力、金属品位波动、同时开采台阶数、采剥顺序及剥采比等多重约束条件.研究依托数字采矿软件平台DIMINE进行工程应用,优化结果显示矿山净现值达到最大化,剥采比稳定在合理范围内(2.01~2.13),验证了方法的可行性与有效性.
To address the challenge of excessive decision variables caused by the enormous number of value blocks in life-of-mine min-ing and stripping planning for large open-pit metal mines,this study proposes a value block optimization method based on improved K-means clustering.By aggregating value blocks with similar attributes and spatial proximity into value clusters that satisfy spatial connec-tivity constraints and avoid geometric anomalies,the number of decision variables is significantly reduced.In a case study of a large open-pit copper-molybdenum mine,the number of clusters was only 16.13%of the original value blocks.Building upon this,a 0-1 integer programming model was formulated with the objective of maximizing net present value(NPV),incorporating multiple con-straints such as mining capacity,mineral processing capacity,metal grade fluctuations,concurrent mining bench limits,extraction se-quence,and stripping ratio.The research was implemented using the digital mining software platform DIMINE.Optimization results demonstrated maximized mine NPV while maintaining a stable and reasonable stripping ratio(2.01~2.13),validating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
