钼钨复合旋转靶制备方法浅析OA

钼钨复合旋转靶在高能电子束轰击下激发出X射线,其广泛应用于工业、医疗行业、安保工作的透视检查.钼钨复合旋转靶在工作时需承受1 300℃的高温,焦斑瞬时温度达到2 300℃以上.因此,钼钨复合旋转靶一般设计为双层或多层结构,以承受工作运行时的高温.多层结构在成型、加工等方面均有其特点,目前主流制备方法有粉末冶金法、钨板-钼粉热压复合法、气相沉积法等.本文针对钼钨复合旋转靶不同制备方法的加工工艺、优缺点进行深入分析讨论以供参考.
Molybdenum tungsten composite rotating targets can be stimulated X-rays which are suitable for X-ray examination in industri-al,healthcare,security and so on.The molybdenum tungsten composite rotating target needs to withstand a high temperature of 1 300℃during operating,especially the focal spot temperature may be over 2 300℃.In order to bear such high temperature the molybdenum tungsten composite rotating target is generally designed as a double-layer or multi-layer structure.Multi-layer structures have their own characteristics in forming,processing,and other aspects.Currently,the main preparation methods include powder metallurgy,tungsten plate molybdenum powder hot pressing composite method and vapor deposition method This article provides an in-depth analysis and discussion on the preparation methods,advantages,and disadvantages of different methods for molybdenum tungsten composite rotating targets for reference.
