不同施药方式对马铃薯疮痂病防治效果的影响OA
Effects of Different Pesticide Application Methods on the Control Efficacy of Potato Common Scab
目前在马铃薯疮痂病的防治中,普遍使用化学杀菌剂或生物防治菌剂,多单独使用拌种、灌根、沟施等方法施药,难以取得理想的防治效果.本试验旨在优化施药方式,以提升化学杀菌剂与生物菌剂对马铃薯疮痂病的防治效果.于水肥一体化管理模式下,选取20%噻唑锌悬浮剂(化学杀菌剂)和枯草芽孢杆菌+哈茨木霉菌(复合生物菌剂),设置不同拌种与滴灌灌根的组合处理,通过测定发病率、病情指数及产量,分析不同施药方式对马铃薯疮痂病的防治效果.20%噻唑锌悬浮剂80 g/667m2拌种+现蕾期500倍液灌根(每株0.72 L)(A2)的防治效果较好;复合生物菌剂枯草芽孢杆菌+哈茨木霉菌剂1 000 g/667m2拌种+现蕾期、盛花期各500倍液灌根1次(每株0.72 L)(B3)的防效最优,平均防效达72.55%,病情指数低至7.42.各处理增产幅度较小,最高为6.42%(B3).因此,化学杀菌剂噻唑锌采用"拌种+1次滴灌灌根"方式,复合生物菌剂需采用"拌种+现蕾期与盛花期2次滴灌灌根"方式,可有效防治马铃薯疮痂病.
Currently,the prevention and control of potato common scab disease mainly rely on chemical bactericide or biological control agents,applied via methods such as seed dressing,root drenching,and furrow application,which often fail to achieve optimal results.This experiment primarily aimed at improving application methods and improving the efficacy of chemical bactericide and biological control agents against potato common scab.Under an integrated water and fertilizer management system,a 20%zinc thiazole suspension(chemical bactericide)and Bacillus subtilis+Trichoderma harzianum(composite biological control agent)were selected,and different combinations of seed dressing and drip irrigation root drenching were implemented.The control effects were evaluated by measuring incidence rates,disease indices,and tuber yield.The 20%zinc thiazole suspension(80 g/667m2)seed dressing combined with root drenching at the budding using a 500-fold dilution(0.72 L per plant)(Treatment A2)showed good control efficacy.The optimal control effect was achieved by the composite biocontrol agent consisting of Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum,applied at a rate of 1 000 g/667m2 for seed dressing,and by drenching with 500 times liquid once each at the bud stage and peak flowering stage(0.72 L per plant)(Treatment B3),reaching 72.55%,with a disease index as low as 7.42.The yield increase across treatments was relatively modest,with the highest increase being 6.42%(Treatment B3).Therefore,the application of zinc thiazole bactericide via"seed dressing+single drip irrigation root drenching"and the composite biological control agent through"seed dressing+two drip irrigation root drenchings at the bud stage and peak flowering stage"could effectively prevent and control potato common scab disease.
