马铃薯种植中富勒烯小分子活性水的化肥农药减施效应OA
Effects of Fullerene Small-molecule Active Water on the Reduction of Fertilizer and Pesticide Application in Potato Planting
探索测土配方施肥后期化肥农药减量增效新模式是发展高质量、绿色种植业的重要途径.本研究以云南省陆良县小百户镇马铃薯种植为研究对象,通过常规配方施肥处理(CK)、基施化肥减30%配合富勒烯小分子活性水处理(CF30)、基施化肥减50%配合富勒烯小分子活性水处理(CF50)对比试验,对马铃薯生育期、农艺性状及产量影响进行分析,探究马铃薯种植中富勒烯小分子活性水在减肥减药与增产中的应用效果.富勒烯小分子活性水处理可提前出苗2 d、延长生育期3 d,促进植株生长势;在明显减肥减药的条件下,基施化肥减30%配合富勒烯小分子活性水处理(CF30)的茎粗较常规配方施肥处理(CK)增加9.1%,株高和产量均有所增加,但差异未达显著水平,且增效20.5%,商品薯率达91.21%,综合效果好;基施化肥减50%配合富勒烯小分子活性水处理(CF50)既不减产,商品薯率仍近90%,且3个处理差异不显著.这些结果说明,陆良县马铃薯减施化肥30%以上,减药2/3,利用富勒烯小分子活性水替代农药,可平衡"减药减肥"与"增产"的矛盾,实现马铃薯绿色、优质生产.因此,云南省陆良县马铃薯配方施肥模式减肥减药的潜力很大,利用富勒烯小分子活性水发展绿色生产前景广阔.
Exploring new models for reducing chemical fertilizer and pesticide use while increasing efficiency during the later stages of soil testing and formulated fertilization is a crucial pathway for developing high-quality,green crop farming.This study focused on potato cultivation in Xiaobaihu Town,Luliang County,Yunnan Province.A comparative experiment was conducted involving three treatments:conventional formula fertilization(CK),basal fertilizer application reduced by 30%combined with fullerene small-molecule active water treatment(CF30),and basal fertilizer application reduced by 50%combined with fullerene small-molecule active water treatment(CF50).The effects of these treatments on the potato growth period,agronomic traits,and yield were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of fullerene small-molecule active water in reducing chemical fertilizer and pesticide use while increasing yield.Treatment with fullerene small-molecule active water advanced seedling emergence by two days,extended the growth period by three days,and promoted plant vigor.Under conditions of obvious reduction in both pesticide and fertilizer use,the treatment with a 30%reduction in basal chemical fertilizer combined with fullerene small-molecule active water(CF30)increased stem diameter by 9.1%compared to the conventional formula fertilization treatment(CK).Plant height and yield both increased,although the differences were not statistically significant.Moreover,the economic efficiency increased by 20.5%,and the marketable tuber percentage reached 91.21%,indicating excellent comprehensive performance.The treatment with a 50%reduction in basal chemical fertilizer combined with fullerene small-molecule active water(CF50)did not result in yield reduction,and the marketable tuber percentage remained close to 90%,with no significant differences among the three treatments.These results indicate that in the potato production of Luliang County,reducing chemical fertilizer application by more than 30%,reducing pesticide application by two-thirds,and using fullerene small-molecule active water as a substitute for pesticides can effectively balance the contradiction between"reducing pesticide and fertilizer use"and"increasing yield",thereby achieving green and high-quality potato production.Therefore,there is substantial potential for reducing fertilizer and pesticide use in the formulated fertilization model for potato production in Luliang County,Yunnan Province,and the use of fullerene small-molecule active water holds broad prospects for developing green production practices.
