Effects of Different Exogenous Regulators on the Growth,Yield,and Quality of Potatoes
长期阴雨寡照是南方早春马铃薯生长期间的主要逆境之一,为筛选出促进早春马铃薯生长和增产的调节剂,以'湘薯5号'为研究材料,通过大田试验,研究多效唑(T1)、磷酸二氢钾(T2)、褪黑素(T3)和油菜素内酯(T4)调节剂对早春马铃薯生长、产量及品质的影响.4种调节剂仅对马铃薯各项指标产生数值层面差异化变化趋势,多数指标处理间未达到统计学显著差异,少数单项指标存在组间显著区别;T3褪黑素产量数值在所有处理中最高,单株块茎重显著高于T2,单薯重仅存在数值优势,各组总产量无显著差异.T1多效唑株高最低、增粗茎秆,田间呈现控旺表型;其块茎干物质、淀粉含量显著高于CK,维生素C含量数值最高,调节剂间品质指标无整体显著差异,不存在统计学层面的综合品质优势.相关性分析显示,茎粗与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.731),单薯重与单株块茎重呈显著正相关(r=0.629).从本试验数值变化来看,褪黑素产量指标存在数值优势,多效唑可显著改善茎秆性状、提升块茎干物质与淀粉含量,但各类调节剂整体指标无显著组间差异,无法判定某一处理综合效果更优,相关趋势仅可作为南方早春马铃薯逆境栽培调节剂施用的参考,实际应用效果需进一步本地化验证.该研究可为阴雨寡照环境下早春马铃薯外源调节剂应用提供理论参考.
Prolonged rainy and low-light conditions are a major stress affecting early spring potato growth in southern regions.To identify regulators promoting early spring potato growth and yield,this study used the'Xiangshu 5'as materials and conducted field trials investigating the effects of regulators such as paclobutrazol(T1),potassium dihydrogen phosphate(T2),melatonin(T3),and brassinolide(T4)on the growth,yield,and quality of early spring potatoes.The four regulators only induced differential changes in numerical values across various potato traits,with most indicators showing no statistically significant differences between treatments,while a few specific metrics exhibited significant inter-group variations.T3 treatment(melatonin)achieved the highest yield among all treatments,exhibited significantly higher tuber yield per plant compared to T2 treatment(potassium dihydrogen phosphate),and showed only a numerical advantage in tuber weight,with no significant differences in total yield across groups.T1 treatment(paclobutrazol)resulted in the lowest plant height,increased stem diameter,and exhibited a growth-regulating phenotype in the field.Its tuber dry matter and starch contents were significantly higher than those of CK,and it showed the highest numerical value of vitamin C content.However,there were no overall significant differences in quality indicators among the growth regulator treatments,indicating no statistically comprehensive quality advantage.Correlation analysis revealed that stem diameter was highly significantly positively correlated with yield(r=0.731),and tuber weight was significantly positively correlated with tuber yield per plant(r=0.629).Based on the experimental data,melatonin demonstrated a numerical advantage in yield,while paclobutrazol significantly improved stem characteristics and enhanced tuber dry matter and starch content.However,no significant inter-group differences were observed across all quality metrics,making it impossible to determine superior overall performance of any treatment.These findings should be considered as reference for exogenous regulator application in early spring potato cultivation under adverse conditions in southern regions,with practical efficacy requiring further localized validation.This study provides theoretical insights for the use of exogenous regulators in early spring potato cultivation under rainy and low-light environments.
