Relationship Between Potato Tuber Degradation and Nitrogen Supply
氮素对马铃薯的生长过程具有极为显著的调控作用,关于氮素对马铃薯块茎发育过程影响的研究较多,但多聚焦于氮素对马铃薯块茎形成的机制分析,而针对氮素供应与块茎消亡关系的研究却甚少.块茎数量是马铃薯产量构成重要因素,但是块茎形成后并不全部发育成熟,其中部分因氮素供应不足而消亡.以'费乌瑞它'品种为供试材料,通过设置不同氮肥梯度,观测不同氮素营养下马铃薯块茎数量的变化规律,并分析叶片全氮浓度和氮素累积量与块茎数量变化的关系,探究氮素供应对马铃薯块茎消亡的影响.氮肥供应量影响块茎消亡的发生频率,进而调控单株块茎数,并最终影响产量;适宜的施氮量可以减少块茎消亡发生的频率,与不施氮处理相比,充足供氮条件下(施氮量为300 kg/hm2)单株马铃薯结薯数提升了39%,发生块茎消亡的植株占比平均下降了26%;建立了叶片全氮浓度和每公顷氮素累积量与块茎数量关系的模型.研究结果为马铃薯氮素优化管理提供重要依据.
Nitrogen plays a critical regulatory role in the growth and development of potatoes.While many studies have focused on the mechanisms by which nitrogen influences tuberization,research specifically addressing the relationship between nitrogen supply and tuber degradation is limited.Tuber number is a key yield component;however,not all initiated tubers develop to harvest,and some are degraded,potentially due to insufficient nitrogen availability.This study investigated the effects of varying nitrogen application rates on potato tuber number dynamics using the cultivar'Favorita'.Tuber number dynamics under different nitrogen levels were observed,and the relationships between leaf total nitrogen concentration,nitrogen accumulation,and changes in tuber number were analyzed to elucidate the effect of nitrogen supply on tuber degradation.Nitrogen application rate influenced the frequency of tuber degradation,thus regulating the number of tubers per plant and ultimately affecting yield.Adequate nitrogen supply reduced the occurrence of tuber degradation.Compared with the no-nitrogen treatment,under sufficient nitrogen supply(N 300 kg/ha),the number of tubers per plant increased by 39%,and the proportion of plants with tuber degradation reduced by an average of 26%.Models describing the relationships between leaf total nitrogen concentration,nitrogen accumulation per hectare,and tuber number were established.These results provide important support for optimal nitrogen management in potatoes.
