The Impact of Family Support on Parental Burnout:The Serial Mediating Roles of Resilience and the Internalization of Parental Motivation
目的:本研究基于风险-资源平衡理论和自我决定理论,探讨家庭支持对父母养育倦怠的影响及其潜在机制.方法:采用人际行为问卷、心理韧性量表、综合相对自主指数以及养育倦怠问卷对437名中小学生的父母施测.结果:(1)家庭支持显著负向预测父母养育倦怠;(2)家庭支持通过心理韧性和养育动机内化的序列中介作用间接影响父母养育倦怠.结论:家庭支持可直接影响父母养育倦怠,也可以通过心理韧性和养育动机内化间接影响父母养育倦怠.
Objective:This present study examines the influence of family support on parental burnout and its underly-ing mechanisms,based on the Balance between Risk and Resource and Self-Determination Theory.Methods:The interper-sonal behaviours questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,comprehensive relative autonomy index,and parental burn-out questionnaire were used to survey 437 parents of primary and secondary school students.Results:(1)Family support was found to significantlynegatively predict parental burnout;and(2)family support was found to indirectly influence paren-tal burnout through the sequential mediating effects of psychological resilience and internalization of parental motivation.Conclusion:Family support can directly affect parental burnout and indirectly affect parental burnout through resilience and internalization of parental motivation.
