童年期心理虐待对大学生就业焦虑的影响:心理资本与无法忍受不确定性的链式中介作用OA
The Effect of Childhood Psychological Abuse on Employment Anxiety among College Students:The Chain Mediating Role of Psychological Capital and Intolerance of Uncertainty
目的:探究童年期心理虐待对大学生就业焦虑的影响,以及心理资本与无法忍受不确定性的中介作用.方法:采用儿童心理虐待量表、心理资本问卷、简版无法忍受不确定性量表、就业焦虑问卷对大学生被试进行问卷调查,收集3476份有效数据.结果:(1)童年期心理虐待、无法忍受不确定性以及就业焦虑两两之间均呈显著正相关(r=0.22～0.56,P＜0.001),心理资本与这个三个变量均呈显著负相关(r=-0.51～-0.31,P＜0.001);(2)童年期心理虐待对大学生就业焦虑的直接效应显著(β=0.13,P＜0.001);(3)在童年期心理虐待与就业焦虑之间,心理资本和无法忍受不确定性既能单独发挥中介作用,也能共同发挥链式中介作用,总中介效应量为58.94％.结论:个体遭受的心理虐待会导致其心理资本降低,使其容易形成无法忍受不确定性的认知偏差,从而增加了就业焦虑.
Objective:To explore the effect of childhood psychological abuse on college students' employment anxiety,and the mediating role of psychological capital and intolerance of uncertainty.Methods:A questionnaire survey of college students was conducted by using the Child Psychological Maltreatment Scale,Psychological Capital Questionnaire-24,short version of Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale and Vocational Selection Anxiety Questionnaire,and 3476 valid data were collected.Results:(1)There were significant positive correlations between childhood psychological abuse,intolerance of uncertainty and employment anxiety(r=0.22～0.56,P＜0.001),while psychological capital was negatively correlated with all three variables(r=-0.51～-0.31,P＜0.001).(2)The direct effect of childhood psychological abuse on college students' em-ployment anxiety is significant(β=0.13,P＜0.001);(3)Between childhood psychological abuse and employment anxiety,psy-chological capital and intolerance of uncertainty can play a mediating role alone or jointly,with a total mediating effect of 58.94％.Conclusion:The psychological abuse suffered by individuals will lead to a decrease in their psychological capital,making them prone to cognitive bias that cannot tolerate uncertainty,thus increasing employment anxiety.
