睡眠障碍和锻炼时长在家庭教养方式对青少年网络成瘾影响中的链式多重中介作用OA

Objective:This study examined how parenting styles influence adolescent internet addiction and investi-gated the chained multiple-mediating roles of sleep disturbance and exercise duration.Methods:A stratified random sample of adolescents from grade 7 to university seniors in a certain city was surveyed on internet addiction,family back-ground,and health behaviors including sleep and exercise.A total of 15,945 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:Among 15,945 participants,3,350 were classified as having internet addiction,yielding an overall prevalence of 21.0％;the rate among senior-high-school students reached 34.1％.Of the four parenting styles,only the authoritative(democratic)style did not predict internet addiction.The three non-authoritative styles each showed a significant positive association with internet addiction:authoritarian(β=0.595),uninvolved(β=0.685),and indulgent(β=1.307).Sleep problems signifi-cantly mediated the link between each of these three parenting styles and internet addiction,accounting for 15.2％～33.9％of the total effect.Exercise duration also significantly mediated the association for authoritarian and uninvolved parenting(2.1％～6.6％),but not for indulgent parenting.The chain mediation path parenting → sleep problems → exercise dura-tion → internet addiction was significant but small.Conclusion:Internet addiction is highly prevalent among adolescents.Non-democratic parenting styles affect addiction through a dual pathway of sleep disturbance and exercise deficit.
