长期定位试验是研究施肥对作物品质影响的重要手段.本数据集基于江西省进贤县红壤区双季稻田长期施肥定位试验,系统整理了 2024年早晚稻的稻米品质数据,包括蒸煮食味品质(直链淀粉含量、糊化温度、胶稠度)、加工品质(糙米率、精米率、整精米率)、外观品质(透明度、垩白粒度、垩白大小、粒长、粒形)和营养品质(淀粉、脂肪、蛋白质含量)等多维度水稻品质指标.数据来源于不同施肥处理的田间重复样本,所有数据均按照统一规范进行采集、检测与记录.本数据集可为红壤区水稻品质形成机制研究、施肥策略优化及优质稻米生产提供数据支撑.

Long-term fixed-site experiments are essential for investigating the effects of fertilization on crop quality.This dataset is derived from a long-term fertilization field experiment in the double-cropping rice fields of the red soil region in Jinxian County,Jiangxi Province.It systematically compiles rice quality data from the 2024 early and late rice crops,covering cooking and eating quality(amylose content,gelatinization temperature,gel consistency),processing quality(husked rice yield,milled rice yield,head rice yield),appearance quality(transparency,chalky grain percentage,chalkiness degree,grain length,grain shape),and nutritional quality(starch,fat,and protein contents).The data originate from field replicate samples under different fertilization treatments and were collected,analyzed,and documented according to unified protocols.This dataset serves as a valuable resource for research on the mechanisms of rice quality formation,optimization of fertilization strategies,and high-quality rice production in the red soil region.
