A dataset of dynamic monitoring of extracellular enzyme activities in Lou soil crops under long-term fertilization across crop growth stages(2022-2023)
监测农田土壤碳、氮、磷养分循环酶活性,能够揭示农田土壤生态系统养分转化、肥力演化规律,可为开展农田生态系统相关研究及农业的可持续发展提供数据支撑.长期定位试验位于陕西省杨凌区,气候类型为暖温带半湿润大陆性季风气候,供试土壤属土垫旱耕人为土,母质为黄土.试验处理为CK(不施肥)、N(单独施氮肥)、NK(施氮+钾肥)、PK(磷+钾肥)、NP(氮+磷肥)、NPK(氮+磷+钾肥)、SNPK(秸秆+氮+磷+钾肥)、M1NPK(低量有机肥+氮+磷+钾肥)、M2NPK(高量有机肥+氮+磷+钾肥).本数据集提供了 2022 年及 2023年小麦、玉米生长发育期土壤碳、氮、磷循环相关酶活性数据.在 2022、2023年小麦开花期、小麦收获期、玉米大喇叭口期、玉米收获期采集不同处理耕层土样,测定土壤胞外酶活性,并形成了"土壤胞外酶"的数据表,一共有 216条数据,同时,还提供了对应处理时期的"小麦玉米关键生育期土壤含水量、pH、土壤养分含量"表,为土壤碳、氮、磷养分循环相关的酶活性数据进行全面分析提供参考.采样严格遵循随机重复原则,测定方法采用国际通用标准,数据经异常值检验与重复验证,确保准确性和可靠性.本数据集提供下载,可为研究土壤生态系统中养分循环和土壤肥力变化提供支持.
Monitoring the activities of enzymes involved in carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)nutrient cycles in farmland soils can reveal patterns of nutrient transformation and fertility dynamics in farmland soil ecosystems,providing data support for research on farmland ecology and sustainable agriculture.The long-term stationary experiment is conducted in Yangling District,Shaanxi Province,which has a warm-temperate semi-humid continental monsoon climate.The study soil is classified as Cumulic Haplustalf,derived from loess parent material.The experimental treatments included:CK(no fertilization),N(nitrogen only),NK(nitrogen+potassium),PK(phosphorus+potassium),NP(nitrogen+phosphorus),NPK(nitrogen+phosphorus+potassium),SNPK(straw+NPK),M1NPK(low-rate organic fertilizer+NPK),and M2NPK(high-rate organic fertilizer+NPK).This dataset provides measurements of soil extracellular enzyme activities related to soil C,N,and P cycles during the growth stages of wheat and maize in 2022 and 2023.Topsoil samples under different treatments were collected at the wheat flowering stage,wheat harvest stage,maize tasseling stage,and maize harvest stage in 2022 and 2023.The soil extracellular enzyme activities were determined,and a dataset table titled"Soil Extracellular Enzymes"was formed,containing a total of 216 data entries.Additionally,a complementary table titled"Soil Moisture Content,pH,and Nutrient Content at Key Growth Stages of Wheat and Maize"is provided to support comprehensive analysis of enzyme activities related to soil C,N,and P nutrient cycles.Sampling strictly followed randomized replication principles,and all measurements were conducted adhered to internationally recognized methods.Data were validated through outlier detection and replicate checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.This dataset is openly available for download and can support studies on nutrient cycling and soil fertility dynamics in farmland ecosystems.
