1987年至2025年残疾人社区康复研究的文献计量分析OA

Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and frontier trends in the field of community-based rehabilitation(CBR)for people with disabilities. Methods Literatures related to CBR for people with disabilities published from 1987 to 2025 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and the Web of Science Core Collection.After screening,CiteSpace 6.4 R1 Advanced Edition and VOSviewer 1.6.20 were employed to conduct visual analysis. Results A total of 639 Chinese publications and 802 English publications were included.The publication volume of Chi-nese literatures showed a trend of rising first and then declining,reaching a peak in 2014,whereas the volume of English literature demonstrated a continuous growth trend.China Rehabilitation Research Center was the core in-stitution for Chinese researches,while English researches mainly came from the United Kingdom,the United States and Australia.Keyword clusters in Chinese literatures focused on people with disabilities,rehabilitation services and social integration,and the bursting keywords included community-based rehabilitation,social work and inclusiveness.Keyword clusters in English focused on community-based rehabilitation,mental health and community care;and the bursting keywords reflected an orientation towards evidence-based research and project implementation. Conclusion Researches on CBR for people with disabilities are deepening in development.Rehabilitation services and rehabilitation medicine are core themes in both Chinese and English researches,and English researches mainly focus on specific populations and effectiveness evaluation.Future researches may prioritize social support and so-cial work orientation,as well as promoting multidisciplinary collaboration and international exchange.
