碱熔—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定土壤中的多组分元素OA
Simultaneous Determination of Multi-component Elements in Soil by Alkali Fusion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)
土壤矿物质种类很多,化学组成复杂,为了准确高效分析土壤中的多组分元素SiO2、Al2O3、TFe2O3、Mn、P,解决试验耗时长,操作过程复杂,分析成本过高等问题,笔者建立了以 3.0gNaOH 为熔剂,使用银坩埚在 700℃熔融样品15min,热熔法浸取后盐酸酸化,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定土壤中的多组分元素的方法.通过探讨熔剂选择,优化熔融温度和时间等使样品分解完全,比较了控制NaOH 用量来降低待测溶液中盐分以保证测定的稳定性,通过扫描标准溶液与空白溶液,选取干扰少、灵敏度高的谱线,消除光谱干扰.通过国家标准物质(GBW07457、GBW07451)验证,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为 0.11%~1.87%,相对误差为-0.74%~0.89%.在应用于实际样品分析中,测试结果与偏硼酸锂熔融—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法一致,适用于土壤中的多组分元素SiO2、Al2O3、TFe2O3、Mn、P的测试分析.
Soil minerals are diverse and chemically complex.To accurately and efficiently analyze multi-component elements(SiO2,Al2O3,TFe2O3,Mn,P)in soil,while addressing issues such as lengthy experimental procedures,complicated operations,and high analysis costs,the author establishes a method for determining these elements using Alkali fusion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The procedure involves fusing the sample with 3.0g of NaOH in a silver crucible at 700℃ for 15 minutes,followed by hot-melt leaching and acidification with hydrochloric acid.Key parameters,including flux selection,fusion temperature,and duration,were optimized to ensure complete sample decomposition.The amount of NaOH was controlled to reduce salt content in the solution,thereby enhancing measurement stability.By scanning standard and blank solutions,spectral lines with minimal interference and high sensitivity were selected to eliminate spectral interference.Validation using national standard reference materials(GBW07457,GBW07451)showed relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)ranging from 0.11%to 1.87%,and relative errors between-0.74%and 0.89%.When applied to actual soil samples,the test results were consistent with those obtained by the lithium metaborate fusion-ICP-AES method,demonstrating that this approach is suitable for the analysis of multi-component elements(SiO2,Al2O3,TFe2O3,Mn,P)in soil.
