印尼某地石英砂选矿提纯试验研究OA
Experimental Study on Mineral Processing and Purification of Quartz Sand in a Certain Area in Indonesia
本文以印尼某地天然石英砂为研究对象,通过偏光显微镜(PLM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)、X 射线荧光光谱(XRF)、标准筛筛分等方法对原砂进行系统分析,结果表明,原砂 SiO2 含量为 99.62%,粒度集中在 0.1~0.6mm,占比为 84.53%,流体包裹体占比 4%~6%.经工艺矿物学分析及试验研究,对原砂预先分级后进行擦洗、磁选、酸浸作业处理,确定了最佳擦洗时间为 15min、六偏磷酸钠用量为 7.5kg/t、磁选段数为三段、磁场强度为 1.5T、酸浸配方为10%HCl+1%H2C2O4、酸浸温度为 70℃,最终得到 SiO2 含量为 99.89%的精砂,其中 Al2O3 含量为 0.0361%、Fe2O3 含量为0.0017%、TiO2 含量为 0.0220%,满足三级特种光学玻璃用砂指标.该选矿工艺简单低耗,有望为印尼地区石英砂资源的工业化开发应用提供技术支撑及参考.
This paper takes natural quartz sand from a certain area in Indonesia as the research object.A systematic analysis of the raw sand was conducted using methods including polarizing microscopic analysis(PLM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),and standard sieve sieving.The results show that the raw sand has a SiO2 content of 99.62%,.Its particle size is concentrated in the range of 0.1~0.6mm,accounting for 84.53%,and fluid inclusions account for 4%~6%.Through process mineralogical analysis and experimental research,the raw sand was subjected to pre-classification followed by scrubbing,magnetic separation,and acid leaching operations.The optimized test conditions for each operation were determined(scrubbing time:15min;sodium hexametaphosphate dosage:7.5kg/t;three-stage magnetic separation;magnetic field strength:1.5T;acid leaching with 10%HCl+1%H2C2O4;acid leaching temperature:70℃).The final concentrated sand obtained has a SiO2 content of 99.89%,Al2O3 content of 0.0361%,Fe2O3 content of 0.0017%,and TiO2 content of 0.0220%,which meets the specifications for Grade III special optical glass sand.This mineral processing technology is simple and low-consumption,and is expected to provide technical support and reference for the industrial development and application of quartz sand resources in Indonesia.
