电力电子器件通过其开关事件可实现全半混合模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)交直流侧能量的可控变换.考虑到器件本身的开关延时及驱动电路的传播延时,开关管的导通信号需要引入死区延迟.死区时间内,被动开关事件主导电路状态,开关事件不再固定在仿真步长的整数倍时间点改变,子模块工作状态在单个仿真步长内将产生不控的动态切换.针对被动开关事件与固定仿真步点不匹配的问题,文中提出可精准定位被动开关事件的全半混合MMC全模态等效建模方法.对主动开关事件主导的模态采用基于理想开关器件的戴维南等效,对被动开关事件主导的模态引入虚拟二极管,利用Branch段编写阀段电气支路信息来串联各模态.在PSCAD仿真平台搭建开关控制信号带死区的详细模型与等效模型,仿真结果表明,所提模型具有较高的精度和加速效果.

Power electronic devices enable controllable energy conversion between the AC and DC sides of the full-half hybrid modular multilevel converter(MMC)through its switching events.Considering the switching delay of the device and the propagation delay of the drive circuit,a dead-time should be introduced into the conduction signal of the switch.During the dead-time,the passive switching event dominates the circuit state,and the switching event is no longer fixed at the integer multiple time point of the simulation step.The working state of the sub-module will produce uncontrolled dynamic switching within a single simulation step.Aiming at the problem that the passive switching event does not match the fixed simulation steps,this paper proposes an all modes of full-half hybrid MMC equivalent modeling method that can accurately locate the passive switching event.The Thevenin equivalent modeling based on the ideal switching device is used for the mode dominated by the active switching event,and the virtual diode is introduced for the mode dominated by the passive switching event.The branch section is used to write the electrical branch information of the valve section so as to connect each mode in series.The detailed model and equivalent model of the switch control signal with dead zone are built on the PSCAD simulation platform.The simulation results show that the proposed model has high accuracy and acceleration effect.
