沙戈荒新能源交直流混合汇集直流外送系统参数设计方法与运行特性分析OA
Parameter Design Method and Operating Characteristics Analysis of Hybrid AC/DC Collection and DC Transmission System for Renewable Energy of the Desert,Gobi,and Barren Areas
沙戈荒(沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地区)地区是未来中国新能源开发的主要场景之一,考虑该地区新能源外送存在距离远、汇集范围广、缺乏支撑等特点,提出一种适用于广域大规模新能源送出的交直流混合汇集直流外送系统,可适应不同地区、不同汇集形式的新能源基地汇集送出需求.首先,介绍系统拓扑结构,分析系统的运行模式,设计系统的稳态协同控制策略;然后,提出一种以换流器容量为约束的系统参数设计方案,并基于设计结果对系统稳态、暂态运行特性进行分析,与现有方案进行经济性与技术性对比;最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建交直流混合汇集直流外送系统的仿真模型,对系统的启动、功率波动及直流故障工况进行仿真,验证所提系统拓扑及控制策略的适用性和可行性.该文为沙戈荒地区大规模新能源外送提供了新方案.
The desert,gobi,and barren areas are one of the main scenarios of renewable energy development in China.To address the challenges of long transmission distance,wide collection ranges and insufficient support for renewable energy in the desert,Gobi,and barren areas,this paper proposes a hybrid AC/DC collection and DC transmission system,which can realize the hybrid integration of multiple renewable energy bases with different locations.Firstly,the topology of the hybrid AC/DC collection and DC transmission system is introduced.Then,the operating mode diagrams are analyzed,and the coordinated control strategy is designed accordingly.Subsequently,the optimal design strategy for the system parameters based on the converter capability limit is presented.Based on the design scheme,the steady-state and transient-state operating characteristics are analyzed.Then,the economic and technical aspect of the proposed topology is investigated.Finally,this paper develops a simulation model of the hybrid AC/DC collection and DC transmission system in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the applicability and feasibility of the proposed topology and control strategies under start-up conditions,power fluctuations and DC fault.The research results show that the system can be an alternative for large-scale renewable energy transmission in the desert,Gobi,and barren areas.
