氮磷添加对高寒区老芒麦种子生产的影响OA
Effects of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Addition on Seed Production of Elymus sibiricus in Alpine Regions
为明晰高寒区老芒麦种子产量和产量组分对氮磷添加的响应规律,本研究选取青牧2号老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus'Qingmu 2')为试验材料,设置 4个氮添加水平(N0:0 kg N/hm2,N1:60 kg N/hm2,N2:90 kg N/hm2,N3:120 kg N/hm2)和4个磷添加水平(P0:0 kg P2O5/hm2,P1:30 kg P2O5/hm2,P2:60 kg P2O5/hm2,P3:90 kg P2O5/hm2),测定种子产量及产量组分,并计算经济效益.结果表明,在氮磷配施条件下,老芒麦的每生殖枝小穗数、每穗种子数、穗长、千粒重及种子产量均随磷肥用量增加呈先升后降的趋势.其中,N1P2处理(60 kg N/hm2+60 kg P2O5/hm2)表现最优,种子产量达1 654.69 kg/hm2,较不施肥处理增产74.8%,同时净收益为12 074.41元/hm2.结构方程模型分析表明,氮磷配施对种子产量的提升主要是通过增加分蘖数这一间接途径实现.TOPSIS综合评价表明,N1P2处理为高寒区老芒麦种子生产的最优施肥组合.本研究为高寒区老芒麦种子高效生产提供了理论依据与技术支撑.
To evaluate the effects of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)fertilization on seed yield and yield components of Elymus sibiricus in alpine regions,the cultivar'Qingmu 2'was used as the experimental material.Four N levels(N0:0 kg N/hm2,N1:60 kg N/hm2,N2:90 kg N/hm2,N3:120 kg N/hm2)and four P levels(P0:0 kg P2O5/hm2,P1:30 kg P2O5/hm2,P2:60 kg P2O5/hm2,P3:90 kg P2O5/hm2)were established to assess seed yield and yield components,and economic returns.The results showed that under combined N and P application,spikelet number per reproductive tiller,seed number per spike,spike length,thousand seed weight,and seed yield of E.sibiricus first increased and then decreased with the increasing P application rate.Among all treatments,N1P2(60 kg N/hm2+60 kg P2O5/hm2)showed the best overall performance,with a seed yield of 1 654.69 kg/hm2,representing a 74.8%increase over the unfertilized control.The corresponding economic return reached 12 074.41 CNY/hm2.Structural equation modeling indicated that the positive effect of N and P fertilization on seed yield was mainly mediated through an increase in tiller number.Comprehensive evaluation using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)identified N1P2 as the optimal fertilization regime for E.sibiricus seed production in alpine regions.These findings provide a theoretical basis and technical support for effi-cient seed production of E.sibiricus in alpine regions.
