不同比值的红光和远红光对青绿苔草生长及生理响应的影响OA
Effects of Different Ratios of Red to Far-Red Light on Growth and Physiological Responses of Carex breviculmis
青绿苔草是一种莎草科多年生草本植物,具有自繁能力强、耐荫、耐旱、耐瘠薄等特性,在荫蔽环境下具有良好的园林应用潜力.为明确不同红光/远红光比值(R/FR)作为遮荫光信号对青绿苔草生理适应机制的调控作用,本研究设置梯度R/FR处理(1.2、0.6、0.4、0.2),系统分析20 d处理期内青绿苔草表型、光合特性及抗氧化系统的响应变化.结果表明:在200 μmol/(m²·s)光强条件下,R/FR=0.4为最适生长条件.处理10 d后,该条件下青绿苔草株高、叶长、叶宽分别较对照显著增加14.43%、25.43%和13.25%,净光合速率提升至6.48 µmol/(m²·s),光合优势显著.叶绿素荧光分析显示,其PSⅡ最大光化学效率稳定在0.82~0.83之间,表明光系统Ⅱ在低R/FR光质条件下能保持完整性与较高光能利用效率.同时,生化分析表明,R/FR=0.4处理 20 d后丙二醛含量较 0 d上升45.35%,过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶较0 d分别提高142.36%、52.06%和778.30%,脯氨酸积累量较0 d增加52.09%,表明低R/FR诱导气孔导度提升,同时激活抗氧化酶与渗透调节系统,共同抵御光质带来的氧化胁迫.本研究揭示了青绿苔草在低R/FR光质下的生理适应策略,为其在荫蔽绿地中的合理应用提供理论依据.
Carex breviculmis is a perennial herbaceous plant in the Cyperaceae family,characterized by strong self-regeneration capacity,shade tolerance,drought tolerance,and barrenness tolerance,demon-strating considerable potential for landscape application in shaded environments.To elucidate the regula-tory role of different red/far-red ratios(R/FR)as shading signals on the physiological adaptation mecha-nisms of C.breviculmis,gradient R/FR treatments(1.2,0.6,0.4,and 0.2)were applied,with R/FR=1.2 serving as the control,and the responses of phenotype,photosynthetic characteristics,and antioxidant system were systematically analyzed over a 20-day treatment period.The results showed that under a light intensity of 200 μmol/(m²·s),R/FR=0.4 represented the optimal growth condition.After 10 days of treat-ment,plant height,leaf length,and leaf width under R/FR=0.4 increased significantly by 14.43%,25.43%,and 13.25%,respectively,compared with the control,and the net photosynthetic rate reached 6.48 µmol/(m2·s),indicating a pronounced photosynthetic advantage.Chlorophyll fluorescence analysis revealed that the maximum photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm)remained stable between 0.82 and 0.83,suggesting that PSⅡ maintained functional integrity and high light-energy utilization efficiency under low R/FR light conditions.Concurrently,biochemical analysis demonstrated that after 20 days of treat-ment at R/FR=0.4,malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased by 45.35%relative to day 0,and the activities of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased by 142.36%,52.06%,and 778.30%,respectively;proline accumulation increased by 52.09%compared to day 0.These findings indicate that low R/FR induced an increase in stomatal aperture and simultaneously acti-vated the antioxidant enzyme and osmotic adjustment systems,which jointly mitigated oxidative stress imposed by the light quality.This study reveals the physiological adaptation strategies of C.breviculmis under low light quality conditions and provides a theoretical basis for its rational application in shaded green spaces.
