电动汽车智能工厂标准体系构建研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Construction of Standards System for Intelligent Factories of Electric Vehicles
智能制造标准体系建设是引领产业高质量发展的核心抓手,电动汽车智能工厂作为兼具流程制造与离散制造特征的混合型制造系统,其标准化建设面临数据集成接口不统一、柔性制造能力评价体系不完善、标准应用"最后一公里"不佳等行业痛点.本研究立足电动汽车智能工厂的产业特征与全生命周期标准需求,遵循系统性、协调性、前瞻性与实用性原则,构建由基础共性、规划建设、管理运营三大子体系构成的电动汽车智能工厂标准体系,明确各子体系的核心构成与层级逻辑.在此基础上,提出强化场景应用、深化数据融通、引入赋能技术、加强国际合作的实施路径,为电动汽车产业智能工厂的规划建设、管理运营提供理论参考与实践指引.
The construction of the intelligent manufacturing standard system is a core approach to leading the high-quality development of industries.As a hybrid manufacturing system that combines the characteristics of process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing,the intelligent factory of electric vehicles faces issues such as non-unified data integration interfaces,an imperfect evaluation system for flexible manufacturing capabilities,and poor performance in the"last mile"of standards application.This study is based on the industrial characteristics and full lifecycle standard demands of electric vehicle intelligent factories.Adhering to the principles of systematicness,coordination,foresight,and practicality,it establishes a standards system for electric vehicle intelligent factories,which is composed of three subsystems,basic commonality,planning and construction,as well as management and operation,and clarifies the core components and hierarchical logic of each subsystem.On this basis,it proposes implementation paths such as strengthening scenario application,deepening data integration,implementing empowerment technology,and enhancing international cooperation.It provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the planning,construction,management,and operation of intelligent factories in the electric vehicle industry.
