Natural disasters have always been a serious threat and challenge to social development.Strengthening the construction of a standards system for reserve of natural disaster relief materials is a vital material guarantee for organizing disaster disposal and post-disaster relief,which is conducive to improving the pattern of material reserves.Focusing on the current issues of non-standard types and unreasonable reserve methods for disaster relief materials,this paper provides a basic version and an extended version of the standard list of disaster relief material reserves,taking into account the requirements of relevant national,provincial,and municipal policies and documents.Additionally,it analyzes the characteristics of reserve methods for different disaster relief materials,and provides recommendations for selecting reserve methods,aiming to provide valuable insights for the standardized reserve of disaster relief materials.
