To analyze the current standards status and internal relationships of China's intellectual property(IP)service industry,a comprehensive IP service standards system has been established,which consists of general basic standards system,IP service guarantee standards system,IP standards system,IP service provision standards system,and position standards system.Current standards provide a basic normative basis for IP services,but there are still issues such as incomplete standards system,lack of relevant standards,and insufficient standardization research.With the continuous improvement of the IP service standards system,it will help enhance the level of standardized construction and operation management of the IP service industry,providing research directions and work guidelines for the standards development of the IP service industry.
