原发免疫性血小板减少症后短暂性全面性遗忘症1例报告并文献综述OA

Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a hematological disease caused by immune-mediated platelet destruction,and it usually presents with skin or mucosal bleeding,while transient global amnesia(TGA)as the initial manifestation of ITP is extremely rare in clinical practice.This article reports one case of ITP with TGA as the initial symp-tom.The patient was an elderly woman without the history of major diseases,and she was admitted due to sudden dizzi-ness and memory disorder.She showed loss of recent memory and asked the same questions repeatedly.Head magnetic resonance imaging showed lacunar infarction in the basal ganglia,and laboratory tests after admission showed a significant reduction in platelet count.The patient was diagnosed with ITP after related examinations and showed improvements in symptoms after standard treatment,without similar episodes thereafter.This case shows that TGA can be a rare initial manifestation of ITP,and for patients with sudden memory disorder in clinical practice,blood abnormalities should be screened to avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.
