高危儿早期干预效果评价OA

Objective To explore the effects of early intervention on physical growth and neuropsychological development in high-risk infants.Methods High-risk infants who were treated in Taihe Hospital in Shiyan City from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into a high-risk intervention group and a high-risk control group according to the imple-mentation of early intervention.Moreover,healthy infants receiving routine child health care during the same period were re-cruited as the normal control group.The physical growth and neuropsychological development of all infants were assessed at the ages of 3,6,12 and 18 months.Results At 18 months,regarding physical growth,the Z-scores of body weight and head circumference in both high-risk groups were comparable to those of the normal control group,while the Z-scores of body height remained lower.In terms of neuropsychological development,the developmental quotient(DQ)of the high-risk intervention group reached the level of the normal control group,whereas the DQ of the high-risk control group was still below the normal level.Conclusion Early intervention can improve weight gain and neuropsychological development of high-risk infants.Staff at child healthcare institutions should reinforce the management of high-risk infants and actively guide parents to conduct early intervention.
