参松养心胶囊及苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗老年稳定性冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效研究OA
Study on the Efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsules Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in Elderly Patients with Stable Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris
目的 研究参松养心胶囊及苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗老年稳定性冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效.方法 选择 2023年 6 月至 2025 年 6 月在漯河市召陵区人民医院治疗的 86 例老年稳定性冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法分为对照组及观察组,均给予基础治疗及口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组再给予口服参松养心胶囊治疗,并评价临床治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均显著低于治疗前,6 分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分均显著高于治疗前,且观察组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均显著低于对照组,6MWT 距离、SAQ 评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组腹痛腹泻、睡眠障碍患者各为 2 例(4.65%)、4 例(9.30%);观察组腹痛腹泻、睡眠障碍患者各为 2 例(4.65%)、3 例(6.98%);两组腹痛腹泻、睡眠障碍差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组均未出现肝功能异常患者.结论 参松养心胶囊及苯磺酸氨氯地平联合治疗老年稳定性冠心病心绞痛患者具有一定疗效.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with amlodipine besylate in elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated at Shaoling District People's Hospital of Luohe from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number method.Both groups received basic treatment and oral amlodipine besylate tablets,while the observation group additionally received oral Shensong Yangxin Capsules.The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,the number of angina attacks and the duration of angina were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,while the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)distance and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score were significantly higher than those before treatment.The number of angina attacks and the duration of angina in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the 6MWT distance and SAQ score were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the control group,abdominal pain and diarrhea occurred in 2 patients(4.65%),and sleep disturbance occurred in 4 patients(9.30%).In the observation group,abdominal pain and diarrhea occurred in 2 patients(4.65%),and sleep disturbance occurred in 3 patients(6.98%).There were no statistically significant differences in abdominal pain and diarrhea or sleep disturbance between the two groups(P＞0.05).No patient in either group developed abnormal liver function.Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with amlodipine besylate have a certain therapeutic effect in elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
