甜梦口服液联合阿立哌唑片治疗脾肾两虚型精神分裂症的研究OA
Study on Tianmeng Oral Liquid Combined with Aripiprazole Tablets in the Treatment of Schizophrenia of the Spleen-Kidney Deficiency Type
目的 探讨甜梦口服液联合阿立哌唑片治疗脾肾两虚型精神分裂症的疗效.方法 选取 2021 年 8 月至 2023年 12 月沈丘精神病医院收治的 100 例精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(49 例)和对照组(51 例).对照组口服阿立哌唑片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服甜梦口服液.两组均连续治疗 2 个月后判定疗效.比较两组阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数),血清γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平,以及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组 PANSS 评分、HAMA 评分、HAMD 评分均低于对照组,Barthel 指数、MoCA 评分及血清 GABA、NGF、BDNF 水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 甜梦口服液联合阿立哌唑片治疗脾肾两虚型精神分裂症可能有助于减轻临床症状、改善认知功能和日常生活活动能力,并提高血清GABA、NGF、BDNF水平,且未明显增加本研究观察范围内的不良反应.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tianmeng Oral Liquid combined with aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia of the spleen-kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Shenqiu Psychiatric Hospital from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group(49 cases)and a control group(51 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with oral aripiprazole tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with Tianmeng Oral Liquid on the basis of the treatment given to the control group.The efficacy was evaluated after 2 months of continuous treatment in both groups.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,activities of daily living(Barthel index),serum γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),nerve growth factor(NGF),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score,HAMA score,and HAMD score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Barthel index,MoCA score,and serum GABA,NGF,and BDNF levels were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Tianmeng Oral Liquid combined with aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia of the spleen-kidney deficiency type may help relieve clinical symptoms,improve cognitive function and activities of daily living,and increase serum GABA,NGF,and BDNF levels,without significantly increasing adverse reactions within the observation scope of this study.
