人工合成饲料的成型装置设计与有限元分析OA
Design and finite element analysis of an artificial feed forming device
为解决天然饲料在三疣梭子蟹捕捞过程中存在的效率低、原料不稳定、形态稳定性差等问题,本研究提出以人工合成饲料替代天然饲料的方案,并设计一款与之配套的搅拌成型装置.基于SolidWorks软件完成装置结构设计,并借助有限元软件对关键部件进行模态与力学性能分析以验证结构设计合理性.结果显示:电机转速在560 r/min工况下,该装置在满载条件下加工产量可达144个/h,能满足小型渔船的加工使用需求.本研究提出的成型装置为人工合成饲料规模化应用提供了一种可行的技术方案,并为后续人工合成饲料成型技术研究与优化提供参考.
To address the problems of low efficiency,unstable raw materials,and poor shape stability of natural feed during the capture of Portunus trituberculatus,this study proposes a scheme to replace natural feed with artificial feed and develops a corresponding mixing and forming device.The structural design of the device was completed using SolidWorks,and finite element software was employed to conduct modal and mechanical performance analyses of key components to verify the rationality of the structural design.The results show that at a motor speed of 560 r/min,the device achieves a processing capacity of 144 units per hour under full-load conditions,which meets the operational requirements of small fishing vessels.The proposed forming device provides a feasible technical solution for the large-scale application of artificial feed and offers a reference for further research and optimization of artificial feed forming technology.
