儿童围手术期疼痛药物管理专家共识OA

Pain is one of the key factors affecting the quality of recovery in surgical patients.Effective perioperative pain management not only improves children's immediate comfort,but also helps reduce postoperative complications and lower the risk of pain chronification.To provide scientific and practical guidance for clinical practice,the writing group developed this expert consensus in accordance with the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development.Clinical questions were identified through Delphi surveys,followed by evidence synthesis based on the domestic and international literature.The quality of evidence was then assessed using the grading of recommendations assessment,development and evaluation system.Subsequently,Delphi surveys were conducted again to achieve consensus on the recommendations and their corresponding evidence levels,leading to the final development of the Expert Consensus on Drug Management of Perioperative Pain in Children.A total of 13 clinical questions were identified,and 36 recommendations were formulated regarding the principles of pain assessment and pain management strategies for 12 common pediatric surgical procedures.This consensus provides clear recommendations for the pharmacological management of perioperative pain in children,which may help improve the prevention and treatment of pediatric pain,promote enhanced recovery,and further standardize and optimize the use and management of analgesic medications in the perioperative setting.
