羌塘中部早志留世斜长岩岩石成因及其对古特提斯洋早期俯冲的制约OA
Petrogenesis of Early Silurian anorthosite in central Qiangtang and its constraints on the early subduction of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean
龙木错-双湖-澜沧江洋的俯冲时限由于缺少关键证据,一直没有得到很好地限制,制约了对古特提斯洋演化历史的认识.本文以藏北羌塘中部桃形湖地区侵位于早古生代蛇绿岩中的斜长岩为研究对象,开展了锆石 U-Pb定年、全岩地球化学及锆石 Lu-Hf同位素分析.研究表明,该斜长岩的锆石 U-Pb年龄为(435±5)Ma,指示其形成时代为早志留世.地球化学特征显示,斜长岩具有埃达克质岩属性,富集轻稀土元素(LREEs)及大离子亲石元素(LILEs),并呈现显著 Eu正异常.斜长岩富钠贫钾(Na2O/K2O>2),其 Lu-Hf同位素分析表现出明显的幔源成因特征,显示其来源于俯冲洋壳部分熔融,并伴随地幔楔物质混染.研究认为,斜长岩形成于早志留世古特提斯洋俯冲的构造背景下,为揭示龙木错-双湖-澜沧江洋早期俯冲作用时限提供了新的约束.
The subduction timing of the Longmu Co-Shuanghu-Lancang Ocean has not been well constrained due to the lack of critical evidence,restricting our understanding of the evolutionary history of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean.This study focuses on the anorthosites intruded into the early Paleozoic ophiolite in the Taoxinghu area of central Qiangtang,northern Tibet,and conducts zircon U-Pb dating,whole-rock geochemical analysis,and zircon Lu-Hf isotopic analysis.This study reveals that the anorthosites yield a zircon U-Pb age of(435±5)Ma,indicating that their formation age is the Early Silurian.Geochemical characteristics show that the anorthosites possess adakitic rock affinities,being enriched in light rare earth elements(LREEs)and large ion lithophile elements(LILEs),and displaying significant positive Eu anomalies.The anorthosites are rich in sodium and poor in potassium(Na2O/K2O>2).Lu-Hf isotopic analysis exhibits a distinct mantle-derived signature,suggesting their derivation from the partial melting of subducted oceanic crust with contamination by mantle wedge material.This study suggests that the anorthosites formed in a tectonic setting associated with the subduction of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean during the Early Silurian,providing a new constraint on the timing of the early subduction of the Longmu Co-Shuanghu-Lancang Ocean.
