基于专利数据挖掘的糖尿病药食同源方组方规律研究OA
Formulation rules of food-medicine homologous formulas for diabetes based on patent data mining
目的 基于数据挖掘技术,分析国内糖尿病药膳专利方的组方用药规律,为糖尿病药食同源发展提供依据.方法 检索国家知识产权局专利数据库中相关发明专利,采用频次统计、关联规则分析及聚类分析等方法,对中药使用频次、性味归经、核心配伍进行挖掘.结果 共纳入110项有效专利,涉及中药234种,高频核心药物为山药(47.27%)、葛根(47.27%)、枸杞子(36.36%)、茯苓(32.73%)、黄精(32.73%)与桑叶(32.73%).药物性味以平、甘为主,主要归肺、脾、肾经.关联规则显示,"山药-葛根"为核心药物组合.聚类分析将高频药物划分为5类.结论 糖尿病药食同源专利方的组成紧扣消渴病"气阴两虚、燥热内蕴"的核心病机,体现了寒热平调的配伍特点.本研究结果可为糖尿病药食同源产业的循证研发提供依据.
Objective To analyze the formulation and medication rules of domestic patent formulas for diabetic medicinal diets using data mining technology,and to provide evidence for the development of food-medicine homologous products for diabetes.Methods Relevant invention patents were retrieved from the patent database of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.Frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were employed to mine the data on the frequency of TCM usage,their properties,flavors,meridian affinity,and core combinations.Results A total of 110 valid patents were included,involving 234 TCMs.The high-frequency core medicines were Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma,47.27%),Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix,47.27%),Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus,36.36%),Fuling(Poria,32.73%),Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma,32.73%)and Sangye(Mori Folium).The dominant medicinal property was neutral(348 occurrences),and the dominant flavor was sweet(788 occurrences).The primary meridian affinity were the lung(516 occurrences),spleen(498 occurrences),and kidney(371 occurrences)meridians.Association rule analysis revealed that"Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)-Gegen(Puerariae Lobatae Radix)"were the core medicinal combinations.Cluster analysis categorized the high-frequency medicines into 5 groups.Conclusion The composition of the patented food-medicine homologous formulas for diabetes closely follows the core pathogenesis of Xiaoke disease(diabetes),namely"qi and yin deficiency with internal accumulation of dryness-heat,"and reflects the compatibility characteristic of balancing cold and heat.The findings of this study can provide a basis for evidence-based research and development in the food-medicine homologous industry for diabetes.
