黄芪通调目中玄府防治糖尿病视网膜病变的应用探讨OA

Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is a blinding eye disease characterized primarily by microcirculatory disorders of the retina,with its incidence increasing year by year.The ocular Xuanfu serves as the portals and pathways through which qi,blood,essence,and body fluids communicate with the eye.When the Xuanfu is freely open and unobstructed,the spirit is clear and vision is bright.Dysfunction in the opening and closing of the Xuanfu constitutes the core pathogenesis of the onset and progression of DR,which manifests as a progressive evolution of"stagnation-obstruction → congestion-obstruction→atrophy-obstruction"as the disease course advances.Huangqi(Astragali Radix),a representative medicine of food-medicine homology,possesses the effects of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood and promoting diuresis,and enriching blood and strengthening essence-properties that align well with the principle that the Xuanfu values opening and abhors closure.Based on the Xuanfu theory,and integrating the TCM value and pharmacological research of Huangqi(Astragali Radix),this paper establishes a food-medicine homology intervention system of"opening,unblocking,and facilitating the Xuanfu,"and explores the mechanism by which Huangqi(Astragali Radix)regulates and unblocks the ocular Xuanfu in a stage-specific manner for the prevention and treatment of DR.This discussion aims to provide a theoretical reference and new clinical insights for the prevention and treatment of DR in traditional Chinese medicine.
