油气田企业安全文化建设系统化提升路径研究OA

With the deepening of the national energy security strategy,oil and gas enterprises,as the core force of energy supply,their safety management level is directly related to the stable development of the national economy and society.However,current safety culture construction in oil and gas enterprises generally faces problems such as suspended responsibility systems,extensive process control,and insufficient organizational support.Based on an analysis of the current status and existing issues of safety culture construction in oil and gas enterprises,this paper proposes a three-in-one systematic framework of"core participation mechanism-process control and position support-organizational guarantee system".Specific implementation paths are put forward from aspects including leadership responsibility,full staff participation,target management,physical position construction,and team building,providing theoretical reference and practical models for the systematic improvement of safety culture in oil and gas enterprises and similar energy enterprises.
