低碳油气生产智慧微电网的环保实践与研究OA

锚定"双碳"发展目标,油气行业实现绿色低碳转型势在必行.吉林油田新北放水站凭借区域可再生能源优势,整合风电、光热、余气发电等多元装备,构建"源—网—荷—储"深度协同的低碳智慧生产系统.文章聚焦低碳环保导向和微电网控制的"源荷互补"策略,阐述其内涵、组成架构、控制方式及多模式运行机制,分析多模式"源荷互补"中减排降碳的理论依据与验证结果.通过对比分析法、数据支撑法、逻辑一致性验证法量化评估其应用成效,结合区域能源自给率、产业转型带动性、经济成本节约及区域技术辐射等维度评估对区域经济的影响.实践表明,该系统实现65%化石能源替代率,弃风弃光率降至5%以下,通过化石能源替代、能源效率提升、新能源消纳优化等路径核算年减碳1 800 tCO2e,年节约能源成本230万元,为老油田低碳转型提供可复制的技术范式,具有显著环境、经济与区域示范价值.
Anchored on the national"dual carbon"goals,the green and low-carbon transformation of the oil and gas industry has become imperative.Taking advantage of regional renewable energy resources,the Xinbei Water Discharge Station of Jilin Oilfield has integrated multiple facilities such as wind power,solar thermal energy,and surplus gas generation to build a low-carbon smart production system with deep coordination of"source-grid-load-storage".Focusing on the low-carbon and environmental protection orientation and the"source-load complementary"strategy for microgrid control,this paper expounds its connotation,composition architecture,control modes,and multi-mode operation mechanisms.It also analyzes the theoretical basis and verification results of emission and carbon reduction in the multi-mode"source-load complementary"operation.The application effectiveness is quantitatively evaluated using comparative analysis,data support,and logical consistency verification.The impact on the regional economy is assessed from the perspectives of regional energy self-sufficiency rate,industrial transformation driving effect,economic cost savings,and regional technology radiation.Practice shows that the system has achieved a 65%fossil energy substitution rate,reduced wind and solar curtailment rate to below 5%,and realized an annual carbon reduction of 1 800 tCO2e through fossil energy substitution,energy efficiency improvement,and renewable energy accommodation optimization.It saves 2.3 million yuan in annual energy costs,providing a replicable technical paradigm for the low-carbon transformation of mature oilfields with remarkable environmental,economic,and regional demonstration values.
