油井的产油量递减规律受油嘴调控的显著影响,合理的油嘴参数优化是提高最终可采储量(EUR)的关键.以济阳页岩油井为研究对象,基于油嘴变换对生产动态的调控作用,建立了基于油嘴分段产油量递减模型,并采用粒子群优化(PSO)算法对油嘴参数进行优化,以提高EUR为目标,提出了科学的生产调控策略.首先,通过分析济阳页岩油井的生产特征,发现油嘴直径的阶段性调整使传统的"L型"递减转变为"台阶式"递减.构建了油嘴分段产油量递减模型,该模型结合Arps递减理论,通过分段拟合不同油嘴直径下的初始产油量、递减指数及递减率,显著提升了产油量预测精度,相比传统单段Arps模型,平均相对误差从10.46%降至5.57%.其次,基于分段递减模型,提出了多段叠加的EUR计算方法,通过考虑经济极限产油量和各油嘴阶段的累计贡献,使EUR预测结果更可靠.最后,以EUR最大化为目标,采用PSO算法优化油嘴直径及生产时间.结果表明,该方法较单一递减模型和组合模型在页岩油井产油量预测中表现出更优的精度和稳定性,可采储量预测值合理且误差最低(<8%).合理的油嘴调整策略可使单井EUR提升6.44%~10.51%,同时有效延缓产油量递减.

The production decline behavior of oil wells is significantly influenced by choke regulation,where rational choke parameter optimization is the key to enhancing estimated ultimate recovery(EUR).This study focused on Jiyang shale oil wells.Based on the regulatory effect of choke adjustments on production dynamics,a segmented production decline model incorporating choke adjustments was established.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was employed to optimize choke parameters,and a scientific production control strategy aimed at maximizing EUR was proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the production characteristics of Jiyang shale oil wells,it was found that staged choke diameter adjustments transformed the traditional"L-shaped"decline into a"step-like"decline pattern.A segmented production decline model based on choke adjustments was constructed.This model integrated the Arps decline theory,significantly improving oil production prediction accuracy by segmentally fitting initial production,decline exponents,and decline rates under different choke diameters.Compared to the conventional single-segment Arps model,the average relative error decreased from 10.46%to 5.57%.Secondly,based on the segmented decline model,a multi-stage superposition method for EUR calculation was proposed.By considering the economic limit rate and the cumulative contribution from each choke stage,this method yielded more reliable EUR predictions.Finally,with the goal of maximizing EUR,the PSO algorithm was used to optimize the choke diameter and production time.The results demonstrate that this approach outperforms both single decline models and combined models in shale oil well production forecasting,exhibiting optimal accuracy and stability,with the most reasonable EUR predictions and the lowest error(<8%).A rational choke adjustment strategy can increase single-well EUR by 6.44%-10.51%while effectively delaying production decline.
