针对传统铝加工循环水系统自动化程度低、能耗高、运行稳定性差等问题,设计并建立一种基于PLC的铝加工循环水自动化控制系统,实现了冷却塔、热水泵的变频调速控制及电动阀门的联动控制.工业应用表明,系统可实时监测循环水参数变化情况,设备故障率降低50%;吨铝电耗由20 kW·h/t降至16 kW·h/t,降幅20%;实现无人值守,岗位人员减少2人.研究成果可为同类工业循环水系统的自动化升级提供参考.

Aiming at the problems of low automation,high energy consumption and poor operation stability of traditional aluminum processing circulating water systems,a PLC-based automatic control system for aluminum processing circulating water was established,which realized variable frequency speed control of cooling towers and hot water pumps as well as linkage control of electric valves.Industrial application shows that the system can monitor the parameter changes of circulating water in real time,and the abnormal failure rate is reduced by 50%;the power consumption per ton of aluminum is reduced from 20 kW·h to 16 kW·h,with a decrease of 20%;unmanned operation is realized and the number of operators is reduced by 2.It can provide a reference for the automatic upgrading of similar industrial circulating water systems.
