高锌铜冶炼渣中锌赋存状态与还原挥发回收工艺研究OA
Study on Zinc Occurrence State and Reduction Volatilization Recovery Process of High-zinc Copper Smelting Slag
为提升高锌铜冶炼渣资源综合利用水平,研究了某ISA炉电炉渣中锌的赋存状态,开发了还原挥发回收工艺.矿物学研究表明,渣中Zn品位为4.50%,主要以类质同象或机械混入的形式赋存于橄榄石、硅酸盐混合物、磁铁矿和黄铁矿中,约0.31%以独立矿物形式存在,嵌布粒度0.004~0.030 mm;基于锌赋存状态研究,采用还原挥发工艺回收锌,考察了温度、碳添加量及CaO添加量对Zn回收率的影响.结果表明:在渣粒度<74μm、温度为1 400 ℃、碳添加量4%、CaO添加量11%的工艺条件下,Zn回收率为87.21%.
To improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of high-zinc copper smelting slag,this paper investigates the occurrence state of zinc in electric furnace slag from an ISA furnace and develops a reduction volatilization recovery process.Mineralogical studies show that the zinc grade in the slag is 4.50%.Zinc mainly occurs in olivine,silicate mixtures,magnetite and pyrite in the forms of isomorphism or mechanical admixture,while approximately 0.31%exists as independent minerals with disseminated particle sizes ranging from 0.004 to 0.030 mm.Based on the research on zinc occurrence state,zinc was recovered via reduction volatilization process.The effects of temperature,carbon dosage and CaO dosage on zinc recovery rate were investigated.The results show that The zinc recovery rate reaches 87.21%under the process conditions of slag particle size less than 74 μm,temperature of 1 400℃,carbon addition of 4%and CaO addition of 11%.
